Edge of Forever

Dream a little dream forever

One last time 

So soon to be departed 

So soon to say goodbye 

The bells sounding slow 

As lights are low 

Eclipse the sound 

As the tears coat the ground  

I know someone once told you 

So long you live 

In death you’ll be remembered 

For to death our lives we give 

The bells now ring loud 

As the tears kiss the ground 

And smiles once so bright 

Have fallen into the night 

So as the sun beats down 

You feel it drawing near 

Through a sea of clouds  

It all looks so clear 

And as you take it down it runs  

Straight through your veins 

Then the smoke dies down 

And only memories remain 

So where do we go from here I don’t know 

But in the end maybe we’ll find 

Some way out of her away from this place 

Because tomorrow seems so far away
